Hi, i am 14 and im 5'6 and i weigh a wopping 105lbs!!! I need to look good because my boyfriend wants to hook up and i want to look good for him!. Please dont say that im too young because i already know that im not!. What can i do to lose those last lbs REALLY FAST!!! I AM HUGE!!!! And i just want to know, does it sound like im too fat!?!?!?

It doesn't matter how young/old you are, you are not living a healthy, whole, full life if you think you're "huge" at that weight, AND want to look good for a boyfriend to hook up!. If a man loves a woman, he doesn't care about her size!. (many many happy, healthy, sexually-active married people out there who are chubby and not-so attractive! look around!) You are not realizing that you have power and strength and value and importance as a human being, and someone did you wrong in life, and you need serious professional help from a counselor, so that you can find your true passion and meaning in life, and go find an awesome living for yourself!.!.!.instead of living for looking good for a boy, and focusing on your body size!. I think you know you need help, and know that you have some kind of body-dysmorphic disorder (you think you're fat/huge/ugly, when you're not) and you are looking for help here!. I'm glad you did reach out and ask for help!.!.!.!.now, please, go talk with a counselor at school, or at a medical clinic, and go grab hold of a happy, healthy life for now and for the future!. 105lbs is a little underweight if you're 5'6!. If you feel a little flabby it's probably just not enough muscle tone!. With how skinny you are you will build muscle very very quickly by working out!. Join track at your school or swimming and you'll be surprised at how quickly you tone up!.
If you want to lose excess weight and/or stop binge eating though force yourself to eat before you get hungry!. Try this: eat breakfast before 9, small snack at 10, small lunch at 11:30, small snack at 2, dinner at 5-6, small snack at 8 and a couple bites of something before bed!. A doctor told me to do this to lose weight and I promise you, try it for a week and you'll be surprised at how little you eat!. And you stay energized for like ever without ever feeling bloated or too full!.

I am the same Height as you and i Weigh 136 lbs!. That is completely average, I am not fat or over weight & neither are you!. I am a year older that you and when I was 14 I thought I was fat, but the doctors showed me a weight chart and I was right on target and I still am!. YOU ARE NOT FAT!!!!! You are right where you are suppose to be, at your next doc's apt!. ask them to see a BMI chart to see where you are as far as weight goes!. Honey, you are skinny, and perfect the way you are, don't let anybody tell you different! ;-) Please don't do something you'll regret, and if your BF can't handle that dump his A- word!.;-) BE WHO YOU ARE!!! You are not fat!. Girls all say that!. Even my girlfriend does!. She jogs 5 miles a day and has a nice slim petite body!. I think she is perfect as do many other people when we go out!. I think you are just concerned you might possible lose your boyfriend!. However, if you insist on exercising I would suggest jogging or swimming!. You are definitely underweight!. Eat more, not less!. See a nutritionist or check out the gov't dietary guidelines!. It has nothing to do with age but with health!. Better yet, see counseloror you have body dysmorphia!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
