Can you build muscle and lose weight at the same time?!


Question: Can you build muscle and lose weight at the same time!?
I started exercising and weight training together a couple of weeks ago while having a body fat percentage of 40%!. Is building muscle a good idea without losing all that fat first, especially now I am putting on weight for some weird reason!.I've just discovered I've put on weight!.

Please no adverts for 'great' muscle products!.

Well, if you have excess body mass, and begin to weight train, it is easy to put on weight at first because your body is storing and using extra to help with muscle growth!.

This is annoying at first, but helpful in the long run!. Even though Muscle weighs more than fat, it also burns more calories/energy!. So the more muscle you have, the more calories you will burn, and as you gain muscle, your body will be more efficient at losing weight!.

Lifting weight will help you build some muscles but you need the protein in your diet to gain the muscle!.
If you are dieting you will be burning all the food to stop burning muscle or fat reserves!.

But to be totally efficient with your time and effort gain the muscle then lose the fat!.

That is what bodybuilders do and it is obvious that they get results!.

yes, it most certainly is!. Muscle weighs more than fat, that is why your putting on weight, if you actually measure yourself you will find that your probably loosing inches rather weight at this point!. Once your muscle begins to develop more, fat will naturally dissipate!. Your on the right track!. Don;t forget to drink heaps of water to flush out the toxins as well!. Muscle weighs somewhere between 2 and 4 times more than fat,so if you're not losing an amount of fat that works with that ratio, you will gain weight while losing fat!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
