Question: I've gained so much weight!!! How can lose it!?
I've gained 30 pounds in the past 6 months and I am desperate to lose weight!. Has anyone tried a diet that worked!?
My weight is making me miserable and i feel so uncomfortable in my own skin!.

true the pill can do all sorts of horrible things to ur body!. it did to mine!.!. serious my boobs wont go back down!. if u think u can do this without help (weightwatchers or a dietition etc) then u need to write down what u are eating every day - EVERYTHING! just walk everyday for now!. u will see results!. a diet u can stick to is the key to maintaining ur weight loss :) good to hear!. be aware of what works for u but generally ur advised to eat 1200 cals a day!.

2 serves of protein
2 peices of fruit
2 serves of low fat dairy
2/3 serves of carbs
5 serves of veges
(water water water)

You need to see a doctor!. That is a lot of weight in just six months!. If you notice you are retaining water, it could be you have congestive heart failure!. Make an appointment!. There are a lot of reasons like thyroid, heart, etc you could have gained so much weight!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

that is a lot of weight in that small of a time period!. you would have to have undergone a huge lifestyle change along with very poor eating habits to prompt that, without some medical issue!. if you dont think either of those is the case, you should go to the doctor!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
