Why have I been craving sandwiches lately? What is a good healthy dinner idea?!?!


Question: Why have I been craving sandwiches lately!? What is a good healthy dinner idea!?!!?
I really have been craving sandwiches lately!. im not sure its just craving the actual bread part!. Ive really been craving peanut butter and banana sandwich!. (i have all natural/organic peanut butter)
but i dont want to ahve that for dinner because it is so high in calories!. 2 slices of my whole wheat bread is only 90 cal, but with the peanut butter/banana it'd make the sandwich like 350 calories!. tooooo much!.


so what do i do!? i had a turkey sandwich last night, i dont want that!.
so what could i have for dinner!?

and for lunch i had a bowl of whole wheat pasta, 4 oz of plain skinless boneless grilled chicken, and 1 cup of steamed veggies!.

what would be the best dinner choice!?
-im kind of craving breakfast-y foods too!.
so maybe fiber one cereal with skim milk (200 cal), and 2 whole grain waffles!? that would be 400 calories!. I could have a banana with it!.

-or 2 whole grain waffle with a fresh fruit bowl (blueberries, grapes, banana) thatd only be 300 calories


please help me with good dinner ideas! thanks!.i only want 1200 cals today, and ive already had about 800!.

Unless you were like 200 pounds, you should quit counting the cals girl!.!. Just eat enough to be full!. You don't even need to run 3 miles or anything!. As long as you're active and you don't sit in front of the TV all day, there is no way you would gain any weight!. At 116 lbs and 5'5", you're probably just the right weight for your size!.

Really trying to give you honest advice here!.!. don't waste your time counting calories and constantly thinking about it!. If you wanna eat something!.!. go ahead! I don't mean that you should eat junk food all day!.!.!. try to eat healthy stuff, but don't stop to count the cals!. No more worries!. Good luckWww@Answer-Health@Com

I didn't read all of tht because it screams neurosis!.

1!. You are underweight already!.
2!. A person your height and weight needs 1700 calories per day to maintain her organs and muscle mass!.
3!. 350 calories falls well within the calorie limit for a meal!.
4!. You have to live your life to enjoyment!. What good is being skinny if it worries you this much to not eat something healthy and nutritious!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

You're probably not going to want to hear this, but you are at a very low body weight for your height already, and you need to eat more than 1200 calories per day!.

Most people wouldn't consider running for 3 miles light exercise too!.

Please talk to an adult in your life that you trust!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

for the peanut butter and banana sandwich, i usually can only finish half a piece of bread, so i do this:
cut a piece of bread and put it in the toaster, then spread it lightly with peanut butter, slice bananas and put on top!. now, if you're still hungry after that, finish the banana(obviousely) and maybe have a bowl of fresh fruit or one of your whole grain waffles, or both! this will be lower calories than a full blown sandwich, but will probably fix your craving! but please, you're lready too skinny! eat what you want!.
