Question: What are the best foods to eat for clear skin!?
what are some foods that will help me keep an acne free face!? Please if someone can give me a list of top 10or like break it up into breakfast,lunch, and dinner foods!. You have no idea how much it would mean to me!. Believe me I try to eat as healthy as possible but I still get ocassional break outs and have blotchy skin and I do drink lots of warlter too!.Www@Answer-Health@Com


Answers:
Breakfast - Cherios (no sugar added), or those diet cereals, and and apple or orange
Lunch - Eggs(there are ones that have Vitamin E 50%) get those ones
salad or chicken breast for their protein maybe all together if yur hungry
Dinner - Poultry, salad, eggs, avocado!.
Vitamin E, Vitamin C protein and beta carotene are very important nutrients in yur diet for smooth face, it works for me!. In between for snacks, have sesame seeds, or sunflower seeds or peanuts very good!. Avacado is a must for its vitamin E and beta caratene!. Dark Green and orange vegetables and fruit are also important!. Avoid Cocktail drinks, alcohol, sugar and excess salts and iodine and sea food!. If yu follow this routine in one week yu will see results in the next week!.!. it works for me and i continue to do it!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Actually there have been studies done showing that chocolate does not lead to more acne!. The most important thing to do for clear skin is hydrate with water through out the day!. Try to just stick with water! Avoid anything with a lot of sodium! Lots of vegetables also do wonders! Also be sure not to overdose on the face cleansers; drying it out too much will make it break out more!. A little bit of moisture for the face is good (thus the hydrating)!Www@Answer-Health@Com
