When, or will I start to see results?!
Question: When, or will I start to see results!?
I'm 14 years old, i weigh around 105 pounds, and I'm about 5'1!.
I don't want to lose much weight, only about 5-10 pounds!.
I've been eating only cereal(without milk), dinner and fruit for the past couple days!.
I've also been doing 100 sit ups and 100 push ups through out each day!.
I was wondering if i will lose weight by doing this every day, and how long it will be before i see results!. Or if i have to do more!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You will see results on the scales within a week & maybe your clothes will start to feel looser after 2 weeks but be careful that your not cutting down your calorie intake too much or your body will go into starvation mode & you won't lose any weight!! People who eat a bigger breakfast such as beans on toast have been shown to lose more weight!. Make sure you're eating enough protein i!.e lean meat, fish, eggs, beans, pulses etc & don't have your largest meal too late in the day! Good luck! Xx
Oh, & make sure you're getting enough calcium as your bones need it particularly at your age! You don't need to cut out milk, just switch to skimmed or semi skimmed & virtually fat free yoghurts are a good snack too!Www@Answer-Health@Com
