Are doing push ups enough?!


Question: Are doing push ups enough!?
I want to know if just doing push ups is enough to make me stronger!. I don't like lifting weights!. I have the perfect push up things and i will do sit ups as well!. This is upper body only!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

aight look son, here's the no bull answer

first off, legs are just as important as upper body!. if you dont at least do prison squats- squats with no weight- then you will be horribly, pathetically weak, and u could have arnolds body, and anyone could just run into you and knock you down!.

second, I'll tell you what to do for upper body!.

No, pushups isnt enough!. see, (talking to 5 year old voice) you have mannyy muscles in your body!. you have pecs (chest), your back, lats (sides of back), lower back, shoulders, biceps, triceps, forearms, deltoids (top of arm)- anterior AND exterior, and abs!. thats JUST upper body!. pushups only work your chest and triceps!.

Here is some things you can do- without weights- that will work your whole upper body!.

pull ups- 3 sets to failure

pushups- 3 sets to failure

triangle pushups- 3 sets to failure

pushups with feet on a box 1!.5 feet high- works on top of pecs
dips

wide grip pullups

put feet on wall, do handstand, and push up and down (works deltoids and shoulders)

get V-grips and work on your grip

do pullups with palm towards you, to work on biceps

get on ur feet and head, on SOFT surface, and roll out your neck- makes neck stronger

get on feet and head WITH BACK TO GROUND, put hands behind you, and do reverse pushups- works on the upper part of ur back, neck, and anterior deltoids

then for legs:

lunges

squats

fast feet

squat-jumps

box jumps

abs:

sit-ups with weight

crunches

crunches with one leg folded on top, put elbow to opposite side
(do both sides)


leg adduction (wear socks on wood surface at home, spread legs until u feel a stretch, then squeeze and pull legs together)

- I STRONGLY ADVISE stretching before any of the above workouts!.!.!. especially butterfly stretch for this one!. ur groin pulls fairly easily, and hurts like a *****!.

Take no notice of that "weight loss" advertisement!. That particular user is almost certainly an automated spam bot!. If you don't like lifting weights, the closest thing you can get to it is to do weighted or incline push-ups!. It will work most of your upper body, but your triceps and chest will look ill-proportioned compared to your biceps and back!. Consider doing chin-ups and pull-ups for compensation!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

no push ups arent enough u want the KING of upper body exercises pull ups get a pull up bar or do it on a jungle gym or a park they have monkey bars the push ups are like a prince lol do both ull see much better results for chest id do the push ups like 100push ups inclined and declined help too for a whole chest workout pull ups try to do 50 do this 3x a week (everyother day) and eat good higher protein sit ups help with abs and if u want legs to get stronger add 1 legged squats lunges and calf raises ull see results u dont need weights to workoutWww@Answer-Health@Com

so im gonna tell you exactly what i did
that made me loose about 15lbs for football season
and you can do it to with this routine


My Simple Routine:
do it for a bout 2 weeks
