Question: Is this enough excercise per day!?!?
every day i do at least 500 skips if not more & 100 sit ups before bed!.
sometimes i go on the wii fit for an hour, on the arobic & muscle games!.!.
i was just wondering if thats enough for a 14 year old girl :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Thats more than enough it is said you should do 20 to 30 mins of exercise 3 times a week so doing that amount daily is far to much, the personal trainer at the gym I use has said an hour in the gym 3 tims a week is enough otherwise you push yourself far too much!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
This is more than enough!.!.!. it is advised that to keep fit people need to exercise 30mins - 1 hour a day to work up a mild sweat!.!.!. so from what you have said you are doing more than required especially for someone your age as you are still growing!
Its good to excersise and keep fit so keep up the good work but don't over do it and cause yourself some injury :) :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

i think!.!. i think that you just might die from a lack of excercise, that is basically nothing you should be doing 10k skips and 3000 sit ups!.

Woow I'm a 14 year old girl and i do around 60-100 sit ups a day!.!.
No skips haha But i do walk a dog everyday for an hour and do the hoola hoop hahahaha
