How do i stop snacking =(?!


Question: How do i stop snacking =(!?
I'm normal-ish size,
slightly fat!.
This is because i often snack!
is there anything that will make me NOT snack!?
Or is there anything you do personally to make you not snack!.

Simple, ignore the urge for eating!.
I feel like eating right now but I am way too lazy to brush my teeth again!.

You have to have at least some amount of will power to stop the snacking, your not gonna die and you want to look nice and thin (use that as a motivation)
But please, if it's really time to eat then eat!.
You see the wrapper or bag of chips on/around/near your desk!?!?

A friend of mine did Weight Watchers a couple of years ago!. She also had trouble grazing all day!.!. So what she did was, she worked out how many "fat" snacks she could have in a day (ie a couple of biscuits, small box of mixed nuts etc), then she put them in a small paper bag - these were her LIMITED treats!.!. She also had a generous supply of fresh vegetable sticks, diet jellos and other low/no calorie snacks - her FREE treats!. Each day, she allowed herself unlimited free treats and broke them up with her limited treats (particularly when her sweet tooth would not be satisfied with a carrot stick!) It was quite a clever system!. It enabled her to continue grazing, but in such a fashion that she was able to control the number of higher calorie snacks she consumed in a day!. Drinking 4 to 6 glasses of water a day will help you feel full, as well as keep you hydrated (its also good for the skin)!.

Have small amounts of protein with each meal!. It will help keep you going!. Even a protein shake with frozen berries in the morning (mixed in the blender) is a good way to start your day!. Then have a small amount of nuts with a piece of fruit for a snack!.!.!. then a lunch (1/2 sandwich, low fat milk, veggies and a low fat granola bar)!.!.!. etc!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

same to me !.it is hard to stop snacking!i hate snacks but i like eating them!.well i think it is time issue !.u have take times to resolve !.frist u should find something u like and keeping doing that so that u will forget snacks or u have to do more exercise when u have snacks !.that is what i do !.but truely it is so miserable !.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I am totally like even though i'm not fat i sure do eat a lot of snacks!
Do what i do,punish yourself for each time u eat a snack, for example,
Force yourself to not put makeup this time ur going out or to embarass yourself infront of ur crush, I did this and i eat less snacks!.

You don't have to stop snacking, just change what you are snacking on!.
Snack on carrots, celery, radishes, cucumber, etc!. Don't snack on empty calories, eat foods high in fiber and drink lots of water!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Snack on something healthy like tamari roasted almonds(my favorite!)!. Lower your consumption of meat and eat more fruits and veggies!. Theres nothing more yummy than a smoothie with strawberries,bananas,plain soymilk,and skippy natural brand peanut butter n the mornings too!Www@Answer-Health@Com
