How do you guys drop from 10% to 4% body fat in 12 weeks!. What is your secret!? Please give me a detailed plan!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

For my last show I went from 11% to 6% in eight weeks!.!.It was all about my diet and water intake!.!.I couldn't have gone much lower and at 6% I looked as good as I could without loosing muscle mass!. I ate seven times a day with two meals being protein shakes, intense workouts, meals timed just right, rest days included!. It wasn't easy on me but I liked the end results!.!.!.I'm now staying at 7 to 8% range!.!.!.If I want to do another show soon I can easily drop 2%!. your meals must include all the basic food groups, just in smaller quantities then you normally eat!.!.Water intake is a big key factor!.!.!.right up till a few days before the show I was drinking over a gallon a day!.!.!.then start tapering off!.!.!.and one of the others who answered is correct!.!.I was fighting dehydration on show day!.!.!.it's a lot to put the body through without getting paid to do it!.!.!.that's why I only do two or three shows a year!.!.!.for me it's all natural and I do it for fun and trophies,,, not money!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Yes, stop eating ghee and a take a walk in the morning!. LOL!. Unless, of course you are not from India and are trying to learn to cut!. First, 4% is way too little body fat!. Professional builders--lots of drugs, ahem--may hit 4% for all of several days when they are doing a contest!. No one maintains this for more than a few days!. Horribly unhealthy!. Anyway, that being said, go to Tnation and do a search!. You will find lots of articles and threads on how to do this!.

You can try following things!.
1!. Remove Oil, ghee, butter from Food ( Eat only food without Oil, ghee, butter)
2!. Eat boiled vegetables!.
3!. Drink more water!.
4!. Eat Cauliflower, cabbage & green vegetables in more quantity!.
5!. Walk in Morning & evening daily to 30-40 minute
