Something Better Than Crunches?!

Something Better Than Crunches?

I do crunches every night. they are working, but is there any other exercise i can do that will give me a better workout for my abs? I'm currently doing crunches on an about 10-15 degree downward angle(guessing).


Answers:

reverse crunches are a killer. Lay down and put your feet together and up so that your lower back is completely off the ground and your entire weight is on your shoulder blader/upper back and hold on to something over your head and slowly bring them down as far as you can without touching your lower back to the ground. Watch rocky 4 ...u know what I am talking about. Its insane but it works and you WILL feel it.
