Bigg problem, PLEASEE help meee!!!!!!!!!!!!?
ok so i am 13 years old and 5'10ish. i was 115 pounds before track then durring track season i didn't eat enough so i went down to like 95 pounds! BAD. i have been eating like 3500-4000 calories for the past 2 weeks and i got up to 105. last night i ate maybe 3700ish or more calories but i am down to 101! how could i have lost weight eating that much??

First of all, you are 13, stop worrying about what the scales say. Just eat healthy and don't worry about your weight. Your weight will take care of itself. I don't know what you are eating to get those 3500-4000 calories but if they are empty calories they aren't going to do you any good. Eat healthy and stay off the scales and you'll be fine.
