Helpp Pleasee!!! i ate so bad yesturday...................

im16female & im 5'6 128 pounds. i went down from 176 pounds to 128 since february i wanted to lose lots of weight becuase i was fat. yesturday it messed everything up, i ate so bad. heres whut i had:
MORNIN
1 apple (9:00)
1 nectarine(10:00)
chocolate bar(11:00)
from breakfast to lunch 1 water bottle (2 cups)
LUNCH
about 2 pieces cucumber (4:00)
5 carrots(4:00)
2 pieces water mellon(4:00)
From lunch to dinner 1 water bottle (2 cups)

Answers:

Everyone has bad days. The important part is don't let one bad day ruin it for you.
It may help to plan out your meals in advance, that way you have an idea of what you are going to eat.
Also, focus on the positives of what you have done so far.
Also, don't totally deny yourself foods that you love forever. You can have a healthy balance.
And, it is not wrong to reward yourself occassionally with a "guilty" indulgence. It only becomes a problem when you are doing that at the exspense of good foods.
Moderation is the key. If you are excercising on a regular basis, you can actually eat more because your body's metabolism will burn the extra calories off.
I would honestly say that at the weight you are now, you should exercise and eat in order to maintain your current weight, and not to lose any more
