Reduce belly?

i am 34 years old few last month i feel that my belly has appearing, i have no exercise because i have no time for exercise, please advise me how can i reduce my belly

You need to start doing cardio 3-4 times per week about 20-30 min per session. Add in weight lifting about 3-4 times per week...lift for about 45 min to 1 hr reducing rests between sets to 1 minute or less (this helps to burn more calories). DO NOT DO ANY AB WORK!!! This will only make your belly bigger and it will not help you lose fat.

You also need to stop drinking pop/juice/beer. Drink water only and possibly black coffee in moderation. Limit the simple carbs ie bread, pasta, sugar and exchange them for fruits and vegetables. Try to also eat about 6 small meals per day to get your metabolism going.

You don't have to be a "gym rat" to lose your belly. I workout no more than 1 hr, 4 days per week. I rest for about 30 seconds between my sets when lifting. Go to the gym with purpose and you will see results. I am 27, have a desk job, don't do cardio, and I still fit into all of my clothes from college...I am actually in better shape now than I was in college.
