What exercises could be done to tone up and slim the inner thigh area?!


Question:

What exercises could be done to tone up and slim the inner thigh area?

Exercises for turning fat into muscle without adding bulk and generally slimming the inner thigh area. I don't have a gym membership, so please refer only to those exercises which can be done without exercise machines. Also, I have an exercise ball, so if it could be incorporated for the aforementioned purposes, please let me know how.


Answers:

Lay on your side. Bend your top leg into a triangle shape and place foot on the floor, just in front of the knee of your other leg. Lift the bottom leg and pump up and down with out touching the ground when you do thios. Do 25 reps. Make sure you also leg lift the top leg, extended. You should alway do both sides of anybody part to make thing symetrical.
