Ive had a REALLY bad slip!!!?
so far, i think ive done well:
breakfast: porrige
lunch : whole meal, cheese and salad sandwich
dinner: potatoe dish
BUUTT- i slipped up and had SIX/SEVEN biscuits!!!!!!!!!!!!
what can i do to burn off?

Don't worry too much about it - DO NOT let it get you off track.
Everybody slips up on a diet every now and then. The trick is not to tell yourself you've failed and just give up - just resolve to do better for the next couple of days. A treat every now and then will actually help you mentally, as long as you don't make a habit of it.
If you really want to do something to counteract the biscuits, why not just do some housework? It's free, can burn off a surprising amount of calories (even ironing!) and you'll have the added benefit of a sparkling home!!
