This is kind of a vegetarian question.?
So, I HATE beef. I don't like steak, or pork chops, or ribs, but I do like chicken and sea food. I also have a bad habbit of eating ice cream 4-5 times a week. I am trying to get in the habit of eating sherbert instead of ice cream. Any ways, I am really big with nutrition. I don't need weight watchers, but I have all of the books and I count calories and I weigh myself twice a day. Is there some way I can get the right nutrients without eating foods that I hate? and not be so self concious? I think I may have a problem, but maybe it's normal?maybe it's in my head? Any advice?
