Cardio is going to play a huge role!. I prefer running but some like to bike or swim!. If possible always try to do cardio in the morning after you wake up because you are more likely to burn more fat since your blood sugar level is low and your stomach is empty!. I really wouldnt worry about joining a gym or buying equipment to work out because you can get excellent results from ab excersises and push ups!. Some people do them daily but muscles need recovery time to grow so try to do them every other day!. Look up variations on push ups and situps on the web and you should find a lot of stuff to keep from getting bored but they should be enough to get you toned!. You will have to change your eating!. Avoid foods high in saturated fats like fast food, junk food, and sweets!. Eat protein and at all costs avoid eating before bedtime!. Drink as much water as possible!. Eat smaller meals every 2-3 hours and make sure to get some cardio!. Cardio can start off as slow as walking, and then when you have the energy to do some running, try it!.
