Questions about cardio/jogging?!


Question: Questions about cardio/jogging!?
Im going to start jogging, to lose some weight, but I didnt know about running!. Should I run according to distance, or run according to time!? I am going to be doing a lot of cardio, because that is how fat gets gone in a hurry!. The more I run, the better it is!. I wanna run according to time, maybe a 20 minute run, but they say cardio for 30 minutes atleast, but I cant run that long!. What to do!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

It really depends on you!.

I'm kind of taller and slower than most, so I went for endurance more than anything when running!. Cardio makes you loose the most weight, it's true, but endurance just replaces that fat with a little more muscle :) But you should try and do a bit of both!.

If your goal is way too much now, just try out smaller!. You'll get there :D And pushing yourself a little isn't bad!. It helps me to complete my routine if I just tell myself that I can do it, either in my head or out loud!. Although saying it outloud sometimes makes people look at you funny!.!.!.!.!. lol :PWww@Answer-Health@Com

its all about your heartrate!. you need to get your heartrate up to 140-160 bpm for a half hour at least 3 times per week!. i can jog but only for like 3 minutes then need to stop so what i do is jog for 3 minutes, power walk for 1 and repeat for 40 minutes!. that way i am getting my half hour of cardio plus the mileage!
