Alternatives to these carb-loaded favorites?!
Question: Alternatives to these carb-loaded favorites!?
I'm pretty much addicted to carb loaded foods and I'm not neccessarily trying to lose weight, but trying to eat healthier (though i cant say i wouldnt be happy if i lost weight, just trying not to focus on that) and I have been told to cut back on carbs!.!.!.
What are alternatives to these/are they alright!?
Bagels!.!. Usually white but Sometimes I try to get whole wheat (just not as appetizing though!
Plain pasta
Brown rice (sometimes white!.!.)
Crackers
Bread

Bagels are bad no matter if they are whole wheat or white!. Pasta you could do whole grain pasta, brown rice is pretty good and so is whole grain, crackers try and just eat a few once in awhile and bread do whole grain or whole wheat!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
well, head to a health food store to pick up your carbs!. whole wheat and whole grain is your best bet, your body can process these better at a slower rate keeping you satisfied longer and it isn't going to turn into a bunch of sugar and be stored away as fat!. there is organic whole wheat pasta available!. brown rice is better than white!. good luck on the crackers!. and try a multi grain or sprout bread!. you will be able to find all of this in a whole foods store!. maybe you should try snacking on vegetables with these carbs to balance stuff out!.!.!.and cut your carb intake down a bit!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
i suggest instead of finding alternatives,,why don't you find good combo to go with them!.!.!.you will lose weight if you eat healthy!.!.!.so since you like all these food, why don't you add protein or good fat to go with it!.!.!.!.like pb on bagels,,,crackers w/ tuna!.!.!.bread v/ loads of veggisWww@Answer-Health@Com
