Question: How do I raise my metabolism!?
I'm over weight because my metabolism is slow, is there anyway I can lose weight!. I've tried exercise and diet!.!.!.but what else can I do because it seems nothing is working!. I'd like to take an herbal suppliment but I don't know what is good and what's not!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

if you can try to go all natural for at least a month eat only fruits and vegetables rice noodles no meat get a protein supplement never overeat dont eat anything four to five hours prior to sleep try to drink low fat milk and cut down on your milk drinking no fast food exercise at least thirty minutes a day Www@Answer-Health@Com
The best thing to raise your "meto" is weight trainingfor 30 minutes every other day!. Just lift 10 pound weights or use the machines at the gym!. Also cardio every day!. Oh! and green tea has been rumored to increase it as well!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
