Getting low body fat 3-10%?!


Question: Getting low body fat 3-10%!?
I've been lifting weights since I was 16 years old!. I'm now 21, about to turn 22 in a few days!. I'm at about 14% body fat!. Here's a picture of me!.

I'm doing cardio 2-3 times a week and lifting weights 3-4 times a week!.

How strict should I go on restricting my carbohydrates!? My only carb sources thus far are oatmeal, sweet potatoes, peanut butter, whole wheat noodles, and spinach!.

Do you think maybe I should take a fat burner!?
