Is this a reasonable goal? =)?!
Question: Is this a reasonable goal!? =)!?
I'm 168lbs!. I have a wedding to go to on October 17th!.
I eat healthy (1000-1500 calories of healthy foods), and try to go for walks every day (at least 20-30 minutes each time), and do crunches as well (it makes me feel really good afterward)!.
What would be a reasonable goal for the wedding!?
I eventually want to be 145-150lbs!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

So you have a month!? I think a reasonable weight loss goal in a month would be 10-15 lbs!. Now, you could have a great metabolism and great genetics and lose an extreme amount (like 20-30 lbs in a month), but chances are you will lose enough to feel good and keep you motivated to continue to lose weight AFTER the wedding!. DEFINITELY don't go under 1200 calories a day (it's counter-productive because you won't have the energy to walk, work out, etc!., as long as you need to)!. Also, try drinking a cup or two of (black) coffee before your walks!.!.!.the caffeine will give you metabolism a boost, and you will actually burn fat at a little higher rate!! good luck (before AND after the wedding)!!!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
Walking and crunches is your plan!? What about squats!? Push-ups!? Dips!? Weight training!? Jogging!? Swimming!? Yoga!? Pilates!? Do none of these come to mind when you think "How can I look fabulous!?"
No, you will not get bulky doing those things (not like there's anything wrong with being bulky anyway)!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

you'll probably end up losing 2 pounds a week!. so your goal may seem a little far-fetched, but even if you don't make it by your deadline don't give up!
p!.s!. you shouldn't dip below 1200 calories a day
GOOD LUCK!Www@Answer-Health@Com
