Question: My huband thinks I am fat!?
I weigh 117 lbs I am 26 years old and have two kids I am five feet and one inch tall am I fat!? how do I tone up!? I stay at home and cant get out any suggestions!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

That's fine for your height!.!. especially after having two kids!.
If YOU look in the mirror and don't like what you see, just make a few minor adjustments!. Maybe try pilates workout tapes or something, just to tone!.
Don't do it because your husband is demeaning you- chances are, he's got a gut anyways!.
Do it to feel good about yourself, and to relieve stress!. If he doesn't like the way you look, that's his problem!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You are not overweight in the slightest, but obviously everyone can tone up and get fitter if they want to!.

That said, do it for yourself and not for your husband!. Never let other people's opinions dictate your life!.

At home you can do yoga, pilates, strength training, lifting weights, cardio!. Just get yourself some dumbells, a matt and an exercise ball!. Also a couple of workout DVD's/videos!.

first off your husband is rude for calling you fat!. 117 pounds and five feet tall is not fat at all!. you can go to the store when you can and get some of those work out tapes to do at home!. thats what my mom used to do when me and my brother were small!. later when we got older and were in school she started going to the gym while we were in school!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

at 5'1!. 117 lbs is NOT fat!. With a BMI of around 22!. You are well within healthy ranges!.

If you want to LOSE weight because your husband told you that you were fat then I suggest you dump the extra 200lbs or so of loser!.

If you want to just tone up to be stronger and more able to chase your kids, i would suggest weight training with some light weights, only 5 or 10 lbs or so!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Your husband is being a jerk, IMO!.

Get an exercise video for cardio!. You can run, walk, bike or swim!.

Try squats and lunges!.

You are not fat! If you really think you need to lose weight, then use weight watchers!. It really works!. Maybe you could lose a few pounds, but that doesn't mean that you're fat!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

-don't sit too much all day
-exercise in the morning
-don't put too much sugar in your diet
