What are some healthy foods you love to snack on?
I cant eat a lot of vegetables/fruits/nuts because I am allergic to them.
I just started going on a diet and I want to be able to snack on some healthy foods.
What are your favorites?

heh im allergic to cucumbers too.
It sucks i know.
If I wasnt allergic to all the stuff I am I would be SOO skinny. =(
Answers:
A few suggestions:
1) Light and Fit Yogurt (40-60 calories, 5 g protein, in tons of flavors so I'm sure you could find something you aren't allergic to).
2) Soy Crisps. (Glenda's are my favorite, but GeniSoy is pretty good too. Glenda's have 70 calories a serving with 10 grams of protein per bag)
3) Egg beaters. (30 calories per serving, 6 grams of protein. Great for a quick pick me up or mini meal/breakfast)
4) Sugar free jello.
5) South Beach granola bars. 140 calories, 10 grams of protein, and delicious!
6) Kashi Go Lean cereal. Very, very high in protein and fiber, half a cup is only 70 calories. Great to munch on.
