Fat is fat wherever it is!. You can crunch until you are blue in the face, but only a good nutritional plan and exercise will get the body fat off!. And even then if you have been over weight for a very long time, the skin can still be a little saggy in spots!.

Keep eating right and jogging, add in a few exercise DVD's to keep things interesting and watch the fat go! You would expect to lose about 1-2 pounds a week to keep it safe and keep it gone for good!.

Also, once it is gone, you have to keep up the hard work (but by this time it won't seem like hard work anymore) or the fat will come back!.

DEFINETLY YES !!!! Running is the best thing for you (along with healthy eating of course) sit ups is good for your abs and they will show once you lose the belly fat!. You will lose the belly fat from running not sit ups though!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

sit ups do nothing to get rid of fat, they only build muscle

the only thing that gets rid of fat is cardio, and jogging is cardio

so just keep joggingWww@Answer-Health@Com
