ummm i'd say get off the computer and do abdominal exercises!.!.!. you know, boring stuff like situps and crunches, you dont have as far to go as the rest of us

She boxes 4 times a week with a trainer!.
You could sign up for classes once a week and buy your own punching bag!. Practice that on your own!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You're close already!.!.!.it's all about diet and exercise!. Watch what you eat, when you eat it and hit the gym!.!.!.don't worry you're not going to bulk up using weights!.!.!.abs are far more about diet that any single ab routine or number of reps you do!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Sit ups will NOT do it - a combination of aerobic excercise 3- 5 times per week and the crucnhes will help tone up!. of course 99!.9% of us would kill for what yu have!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
