Question: Can I still eat white potatoes for dinner and still lose weight!?
I will only eat them once a week and only a small amount as i do love potatoes so once a week with an evening meal as a treat!?!? Will it slow my weightloss down!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

il give you my secret to losing weight all you have to do is eat less SUGAR forget about CARBS or stuff but u still have to work out atleast 2 a week!!!
like COKE NO!!! no coke there is so much sugar in soft drinks instead try drinking tea but yes eating potatoes is fine!!
sugar is one of the main sources of fat around the abdominals by eating less and working out it will disappear like nothing!.
