Do not worry about the cholesterol!. There is no cholesterol in corn or
wheat but when the chicken eats them it makes cholesterol which is
in the eggs!. The eggs have chicken cholesterol, not human cholesterol!. The cholesterol you are concerned with is human cholesterol which your body must manufacture!. The Atkins diet actually lowers cholesterol and triglycerides!. Dr!. Atkins was a respected cardiologist who saw the good effects of his diet on his own
patients for 30 years!. The Atkins diet also does not cause kidney
problems, however if you already have kidney problems, the diet
can make them worse!. 7 kilos is not a lot of weight!. Use Atkins
and don't worry!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Hi!. You might be worried about the wrong things, because the most recent research shows that eggs are not as bad as originally thought!. Also, people who do the Atkins diet the way it is supposed to be done often have improved lab values, including cholesterol!.

However, the thing you need to remember is that you do need to research this diet (mainly just read his first book)!. When you say you can only eat high protein, this tells me you may not know exactly what you're doing, because that isn't true!. There's an induction period of 2 weeks where you limit yourself to 20 net carbs, but that's enough to have a small salad every day, for example!.

And I'd definitely recommend getting at least a cholesterol reading before you start!.

So to answer your !? I wouldn't necessarily avoid eggs!. But there are other things you can have!. Obviously, bacon or ham and then maybe some cheese!. Once you're past the induction phase, you can start adding things like tomato juice, etc!.

But I'd definitely say you don't have to rule eggs out completely!. Google it and you'll see some of this research!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Atkins ain't a doctor first of all and the diet can be dangerous!. it is not something you should stay on for more than 14 days and even then no more than twice a year, at 14 you really shouldn't be doing it but

Atkins is all about not mixing fat and carbohydrates if you want fat then stick with items high in fat this educates the body in to believing there is a plentiful supply of fat and therefor does not need to store it so it gives it up
The other part is all Carbohydrates and no fat this educates the body into believing there is no fat available so it gives up the fat it has stored!. If the proposal is for you to have fat for breakfast then you shouldnt be having carbohydrates for lunch, in a day it,s either or

Try all bran or porridge for breakfast!.Then stick with carbohydrates ,no fat all day Www@Answer-Health@Com

A very unscrupulous diet, at at the risk of getting the record numbers of thumbs down from the Atkins supporters; I'm not going to go embark into one of my long rants regarding it, but consider the normal healthy alternative, reduce calorie intake, and do vigorous exercise, just my opinion, take it or leave it

I really have got to stop disagreeing with everything everyone says! As my mother said, I was a born non conformist!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I am on the Atkins Diet!.!.!.!.keeping 122 pounds off for over 8 years!. I eat 2 to 6 eggs per day!. My cholesterol level has been lowered as a result of the diet!. Carbs raise this level, not eggs!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

fish, cottage cheese, any other meat!. Yogurt!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
