dont think about losing weight!. gaining muscle and losing fat is the best thing u can do!. the more muscle u have, the more calories u burn throughout the day so u should just run or do some cardio 3-4 days a week and lift some weights 2-3 days a week!. just lift ur legs early in the week, and towards the end of the week!. this will give u some more muscle and u should try to lift ur upperbody once a week as well!. dont eat fast food, make sure to eat something healthy right after u exercise or lift!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
