hi, i'm turning 12 on sunday july 8th 2007 and i want to lose some weight at least up to 100 pounds, so give me good diet tips and exercise rules so i can lose at least up to 20 pounds in less than 5 weeks, it would very helpful if you answered these question

eat only carrots, celery and drink lots of water. if you get real hungry, have some instant noodle for lunch and dinner. take a good multi vitamin with all this regimen. My brother in law lost 100 pounds in 2 months on this diet. but don't expect it to happen over-night. Best of Luck.
PS. I think you should wait for 4 years and then start working out. all this fat will become muscle and you'll look more handsome that way.
