Cut out chocolate, crisps, sweets. carbs and any junk fo a week and did say about 2 hours of exercise would i loose visible weight?

Yes you would. I hope yo do not mean exercise for two hours a day, so not healthy. Also drink plenty of water. This helps with water weight too besides flushing out all of the toxins in your body. Drink maybe a glass of water every hour to hour and a half.
