Exercise Routine?
I really need to lose weight and I want to actually look good in a bikini this year. I weigh 175 lbs. and I want to lose about 30-40 lbs. I think that the best and easiest way to lose weight would have to be to have a routine. I need 2 routines because next week I am going to be starting a gym and I would like to know what I should do there, also I need a work-out routine when I am at home. Please Help!

Ok let me share what i do.
I purchased an elliptical, but they also have them at the gyms. The elliptical i have found to be the best work out ever! The treadmill and bikes are not as good, personally. But i do the elliptical everyday for 30 min and then i work out with light weights, my arms 2 20 reps and i do three different types of abdomen work outs, which you can research online.
Then i eat every 2-3 hours, i have to intake 1400-1600 calories a day. You can find you personal calorie calculator online as well, just type it in a search engine. I eat only fruit, yogurt, raw eggies, plain grilled chicken, turkey, mahi mahi, shrimp, whole wheat bread, whole grain pasta, egg whites and i drink only water. If you are going to use mayo or butter, get the smart balance. Watch you calorie intake and make sure you eat the right amount. I have lost 10lbs in 2 months and that is the healthy way to lose weight. There is no 10 lbs in a week-bc its not healthy. GOOD LUCK.
