hi, if you do your routine for 7 days a week, I'm not quite sure you will last long enough to get those abs out, here is what I would modify:

set your routine to monday - friday (break days sat/sun)

if you're doing a fast run, you definitely need more rest days to rest the strain on your legs and well, it's not really needed, rather than a fast run in 11 minutes, i'd suggest you change that to a 30 minute or longer jog daily

i'd reduce the prone holds to maybe 60 seconds, and instead focus more on your crunch variations, do your pushups/prone holds on mon/wed/fri rather than all 5 days of the week

for your abs, where's your workout for your obliques!? find one, oblique twist for example, do 3 sets of each for 30 rather than 1 set of 30 for each

rather than using dumbbells for your "series of dumbell workouts", why not just use a weighted plate(or a dumbbell) for your regular crunches as well as for oblique twists once you have gained more abs power!? that is your focus right!? I'd do the abs daily since I too do them daily as well, however if you're to do them with weighted plates, perhaps spread it mon/wed/fri as well and up the cardio on tues/thurs

those are the adjustments i'd make, as well, give yourself a month, maybe 3-4 months, depending on your current stomach condition to see noticeable results

the important thing is to stick to your routine

good luck getting those 6 pack abs, take care

not neccessarily, it will get u lean but u need rest, and if u keep up the same routine day by day u are not going to gain muscle after a while!. this will work to get your six pack but if u want to continue, i suggest you work out upper body one day and lower the next, doing situps with ur upper boddy and leg lifts with your lower and switch off every day and do that 4 days then do a day of full body then a day or 2 break then repeat that!. and always stretch and do a run before you work outWww@Answer-Health@Com

this is gonna sound kinda weird, but buy the perfect pushup!. i did a test that doing that alone increased my biceps, triceps, chest, forearms, AND ab muscles!. i got noticable results the next day after my first work realing that i couldnt get out of bed i was sooo sore!. soreness is good though, it means ur muscles are healing and in turn, getting bigger!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

In the time it takes you to do all that, i would have scored a six pack and drank it all!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
