Question: Fitness building regimen
I'm coming off a period of intense inactivity, chain smoking, heavy drinking and late nights!.
I get winded walking up a flight of stairs now!.
How should I go about planning a program to get back into shape!?
I basically have no idea how much is too much / too little!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

your body will tell you when you have had enough!. if you are winded going up the stairs, then start off doing less strenuous stuff until your lungs are healthier- try swimming, brisk walks, bicycling- things like that!. it takes a while to recover from the cigarettes- be patient-you will get a bit better each day!. and each day you will become a bit stronger!. congratulations on quitting smoking- I'm happy for you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
