Pilates an effective workout?!


Question: Pilates an effective workout!?
I work out everyday but I am thinking about doing something different and do pilates four times a week for about an hour and regular gym exercise along with 40 minutes of cardio for the other three!. Will that be an effective workout!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
