Is this too many carbs??!

Question: Is this too many carbs!?!?
Yesterday i ate:

Breakfast: low fat muller rice pudding (200g pot)!.

Lunch: 1 slice white toast with jam (jelly for those in US)
1 slice white toast with peanut butter

Dinner: 1 can baked beans
2 slices wholemeal toast

Supper: apple

Is that too much starch (carbohydrate) in one day!? Or is just too much bread in a day!? Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
Everyone is different in their ability to process carbohydrate and in their need for energy from carbohydrate!. For example, athletes can get away with eating a lot of carbs because they need that energy to sustain their activity!. For a sedentary person, not many carbs are needed!. If this is all you ate in one day, it is not just high in carbs, but very low in protein!. It is not dangerous or anything like that, but I do not believe it is optimal for maintenance of muscle mass over time!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I think you eat too much breads, I mean breads are good for you but if you eat too much of them they make you overweight!. To improve your diet, in the morning eat something filling like oatmeal which is really good for you because it has oats and at lunch instead of white bread use wheat bread and try sugar free jelly and organic peanut butter for a sandwich!. For dinner I would try to balance it out by eating 1 carb, 1 meat, 1 fruit, 1 vetch table!.

Those are just tips if you are worried about that kind of stuff!.

Thanks!Www@Answer-Health@Com

you should eat wayyyy more fruits & vegetables however, your body needs carbs to burn fat so its ok i guess!. but add a little more fruits & vegetables in my opinion and you should be good!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
