4-whole grain bread
5-cereals
6-fish
7-grilled chicken
8-grilled meat
9-salad

Here are some gr8t tips for You to lose weight:_
1-sleep well as much as u can at least 7 hours daily !.!.!.
2-taking Your breakfast Is very essential
3- You should not feel hungry , so i recommend You to eat 6 meals & try to divide them evenly !.!.
4-Eat small qty in every meal !.!.!.!.
5-Try to stop eating 3 hours before sleeping
6-try to replace honey with sugar in Your daily usage!.!.!.!.
7-You have to play every day sport (30minutes is enuff )
Here it is a good diet for You where You can loose someweight !.!.!. But after this diet try to follow the instructions above!.!.!.
This diet is gr8t it will helpp You lose a lot of weight :_
The first day You drink 2 big bottle of water only & at the night u eat an orange !.!.!.
