Is 15% body fat to high or low or what?
im male, 5'9, 19 years old, medium build, and weight 160 pounds..i lost 15 pounds by doing alota cardio over 2 months time..and ideally want to start adding muscle. should i continue to cut weight with 15% body fat, or begin bulking?
Answers:
that is healthy any lower and you will start to see abs around 12% or so. lower than 8% you will see some vascularity in the abs. don't want to bulk yet save that for fall and winter when you put the weight on better.
