How to strengthen my lower abdomen?
I am doing exercises regularly, but even those for the lower part of it seems to strengthen the upper part (like legs up and down). Now I have perfect upper part of it, and lower is extremely flabby, and it gives me a curious look.

I did this all, crunches and stuff, it all goes to the upper part. I have a stalwart upper part.
