Question: What's the idea calories for each meal!?
What's a healthy amount of calories for each meal to make your whole day add up to how many calories your suppose to have!? I mean like, what's a good amount to have for breakfast, a good amount to have for, lunch, and dinner too!. Thanks!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

A very simple, basic model to follow is 1200 calories a day, or 400 calories a meal if you eat 3 meals a day, although I would suggest 4 meals a day, so 300 calories a meal!.
General rule is your body needs 1 gram of protein and carbs for each pound of desired body weight!. Plus, you need to get your vitamins and minerals from foods!.
