Yes!. Drink lots of water, no sodas with acid content like Coke or Pepsi because they bloat you!. Quit sweets all together, do a fast pace walk for about 30 minutes, and to find out how many calories you should eat a day, pick the weight you want to be and times that by ten!. To few calories are not good nor to many!. Watch your fat intake, eat lots of fruits and vegetables!. You don't want to lose weight to fast, but I think ten pounds in a month is alright!. Any type of exercise is good for weight loss, especially the cardio workout, but it doesn't have to be intense!. Eat smaller meals more often than three regular meals so your stomach will have a chance to shrink, then you won't want any large meals!. Best to you and I hope you reach your goal!.
