Daily Workout Routine!
Question: Daily Workout Routine
Ok so im trying to shed of some flab maybe around 10-20 pounds and I was wondering should I run first, then do squats and pushups or do those before I run!?
And what would be a good number of squats and pushups I should do!?

important to eat well, this is what i do
i have toast and coffee in the morning wait an hr so my stomach settles very important so u dont feel sick and get a stitch
i then stretch , and i fast walk for 30-1hr -do this for a week or so first to get used to it so its less stress on your body
after a week or so fast walk and then start jogging as well so walk and jog walk and job all up for 30-1hr but just doing both
come home and grab something heavy but not to heavy i use wine bottles full ones, one oin each hand put them near each ear and lift them for 25 times
then do 25 squats , then do the arm lifts again and then the squats
after a few days start to increase the amount of the these you do and also start doing things for your stomach
lay on the floor with a pillow under your tailbone arms above your head pull up and then touch your toes do 10 of these -then same postion do stomach crunches so you are just coming about 10cms off the ground
lay on the edge of the bed legs dangling off the edge and sit up while pulling your legs up, you will feel off balance but this is doing your stomach good, do 10 of these
work it up so you do 3 x sets of each 10 each day
basically do what you can do but not what you cant, if it hurts to much STOP, just remember to increase all these things slowly as good things come with time and not at once, if you do to much to soon you will cause damage!.
but this is my routine and iv lost weight and i have toned up so much i love looking at myself now :) and u will do it too soon
