Question: Food that burns more calories than it adds
I was talking to a friend of mine, and he mentioned that there are certain types of food that merely by chewing them, you lose more calories than digesting them give you!.
I tried to look it up with google, but was unsure about what exact term I should search for!.

They are called negative calorie foods!. These foods require more calories to digest then they provide, resulting in a net loss of calories!.
