i want a plan that exactly says how many calories i should eat a day and how long i need to exercise and kind of exercise is better and how many calories should i loose with exercising!?

Answers:
1 pound of fat = 3500 cals a day!. if you eat 1500 a day, you should lose a pound a week, the more you exercise the more you'll burn thus the more you'll lose!. its all just subtracting really!.

example (approximately)

breakfast - cereal (140 cals, 2 grams fat)

snack - banana (100 cals, 0!.5 grams of fat)

lunch - soup i!.e vegetable (170 cals, 4 grams of fat)

snack - 4 oatcakes (180 cals)

dinner - 1 piece chicken, the size of your palm (170 cals)
green vegetables, 1 cup (40 cals)

desert - fat free yoghurt (80 cals)

thats a total of 880 cals!.
low fat etc!.

you should burn around 1500 cals on an unacctive day

so youd be making a deficit of 620 cals

so if you stick to a similar ammount each day youd lose 1!.24 pounds a week

if you exercised for an hour each day youd lose way more!.

weight watchers is the only sain and healthy way,forget the zone atkins and all the rest! i weighed sixteen stone when i joined weightwatchers within 3 months i weighed only twelve,it is very easy and enjoyable and you can still eat all the things you like nothing is banned!.A diet foremost must be safe and healthy and this is,if you dont have time to go to meetings you can do it all on line,it even has a handy tracker for you and tells you how many points are in everything you eat!.Weightwatchers rocks!Www@Answer-Health@Com

No soda or juice(tons of sugar) only water, milk, homemade fruit shakes(no ice cream), or half-Gatorade/half-water
rarely eat out!. subway is ok!.
always have one salad a day, with a light dressing

Eat a bowl of oatmeal (about 150 calories) for breakfeast, a lunch around 450 calories, and dinner 550 calories!. Go for a relaxing walk after dinner!.
altogether 1150 calories, not including milk and a snack

studies show that you lose more weight if you exercise after you eat so do so!.
A good workout you can do is a half mile jog, 40 pushups, 15 minute bike rides t moderately fast pace, and as many crunches that you can handle!. Dont narrow your plan to losing weight, abs rock!. You will lose over 200 calories!. Be sure to drink a lot of water during your workout and stop when you need a break

Really, it depends on the amount you need to lose, your current level of fitness, your eating habits, your nutrition knowledge!.!.!.and also your motivation!.

Are you losing weight for YOU or to please someone else!?

And do you really NEED to lose it!?!?!? Has someone told you you look flabby when your size is actually right for your body type and you are already a healthy weight!?!?

I understand you are in a hurry to do this but bear in mind that there are few quick fixes!.!.!.if you want to lose weight and keep it off you need to change your habits for life!.!.!.or those pesky pounds will just come back, and most likely bring friends!.!.!.! :0)

There is no secret to losing excess weight, eat sensibly, little and often, don't starve yourself, eat a wide range of fresh foods, restrict fat and sugar intake and get active!. Counting calories works for some, but can become an obsession, and keep your weight loss slow and gentle - 1-2lbs a week is sustainable and healthy!.

I'm on a sort of diet now and its working great
Ive cut out all junk food such as fizzy pop and chocolate and substituted them with my 5 a day and water!. Every night i do 100 sits ups!. I feel fabulous!. I'm pretty sure the amount of calories a woman should have in a day is 2000-2500 I'm not sure though, But i know you should get at least 30 minutes of exercise in your daily routine!. Try joining a gym or just jog around, Www@Answer-Health@Com

Par for the course with a well balanced diet with a modest reduction in calories, plus some regular vigorous exercise 5 days a week, might be 3 to 4 lbs in the first 2 weeks!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Eat right, cut out alcohol, and above all excercise!. you need to burn more calories than you take in!. it all depends on how much you weigh now and how much you want to lose, you should set a realistic goal and not aim for 3 stone in 14 days! Www@Answer-Health@Com

Make your own plan!. There is no "secret" to dieting!. You know how to eat and you know that you need to exercise to maintain health!. There is no reason to seek out someone else's plan!. If you feel that you are out of shape then dont diet, but instead, change your life style!.

I'll help you in figuring out a think or two!. What do we know!? We know that foods high in fat and cholesterol are bad!. Carb's!.!.!.,Carb's are not as bad as everyone will make you believe!. Carb's are the bodie's rocket fuel!. When the Body burns Carb's there is nothing left and Carb's give the body energy to burn themselves off!. So, as long as you are not over indulging, there is nothing wrong with Carb's!. What else do we know!? We know that the body should have Atleast 30-40 minutes of continues exercise a day!. This means, keeping your heart rate 30-40 beats above normal rate!. If you are not into exercising!.!.!.,walk!. Everyone will tell you that walking is one of the best exercises for you!. In this instance they are correct!. Walk at least an hour a day!. Don't focus on distance, but time!. Keep a steady a pace and stick to your plan!. Walk an hour a day for a few weeks and then gauge your progress!. If your stamina is growing then add a half hour!. Remember, your legs are the largest groups of muscles in your body, working them will get you the most out of your exercises!.

Lastly, lets look at the most important thing that we know!. The average body needs 1800-2100 calories a day to function!. Depending on your weight, if you are a little overweight and feel that you REALLY need to lose some weight, instead of pursing a healthy lifestyle, just cut your calories back to 1500 and exercise for an hour a day everyday!.

If you truly want to become healthy and live a healthy life, however!. Stick to the 2000 calorie estimate!. Cut out ALL processed foods!. This is just about anything that comes in a box or can!. As you expose your body and taste buds to fresher and natural foods!. Your tastes will change!. For the first month or so, your body may go through changes (aches, pains, sweats) after you cut out all of the trash!. You will even find yourself irritable because you crave some good ol fashion junk!. Stick with it, RESIST and soon you will prefer a piece of fruit over a double fudge brownie sundae!.

One last tip!. Even if you don't do any one of the things mentioned above!. Start eating more fiber and drinking more water!. Fiber will keep your digestive system and bowels working at full capacity!. Water, is your livers best friend!. Just eating enough fiber and drinking plenty of water can cause you to lose weight!. For the fiber, learn to like oats!. Or buy some ground flax seed!. Ground flax seed is uber high in fiber!. You can sprinkle just two teaspoons on your morning cereal and have 3/4 of your daily fiber intake!. It's also great for baking!. It has a subtle nutty taste!. It is actually really good!. My breakfast of champions is a bowel of oatmeal with some flax seed sprinkled in, along with some grape juice and and two pieces of fruit!. Sometimes, the oatmeal gets to be a too much, so i have a bowel of honey nuts and oats with flax seed and cherry flavored craisens mixed in :) Www@Answer-Health@Com
