Is my exercise routine okay?!


Question: Is my exercise routine okay!?
I am fifteen, and I've been exercising over the summer just to keep in shape!. One day a week I treadmill for 30 mins, alternating between jogging and walking and running on inclines!. Another day of the week I take a 45 minute walk outside, up and down steep hills!. Finally, I Bicycle outside with my sister!. I live in the country so there's a lot of intense hills on our dirt road!.
I eat healthfully, do crunches in the evening, and I've been lifting weights!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

That sounds good to maintain basic fitness!.

If you are looking for more than that, you'll have to step up the quality and quantity!. Quality basically means more intense, goal-oriented regime!.!.!.quantity is a combination of more workouts and longer workouts!.

Again it depends on what your fitness goal is: lift much heavier weights, run a marathon, make the football team, etc!.

And by 'regime' I mean: exercise, eating, and resting!. They all are critical!.

Anyway, it's good to see a teen actively pursuing fitness!. Keep it up!Www@Answer-Health@Com
