walking long distances only serves to build endurance muscles!.
it does also burn calories but not at an efficient rate!.
you would do better with a high cardio training exercise
running, skipping, boxing, cycling, rowing etc etc

No, it won't tone your torso unless you're wearing a heavy backpack and using the muscles to hold yourself upright!.
You can do easy sit ups, lie on the floor with your knees up and just lift your shoulders and head and hold for 5 seconds!. You can start with just a few and build up!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

yea it does when I jog, at least for me, but the pain lasts 30mins after you exercise not more!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
