Why is it good to drink a lot of water??!


Question: Why is it good to drink a lot of water!?!?
I drink around from 3-5 liters of water daily!. Why is it good to drink large amounts of water!? Why do they recommend drinking a lot of water when working out!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Drinking a lot of water is practically a must for working out or dieting!.

It's the only thing that purely cleanses your system and gets rid of toxins that are a product of what you eat!. For the average overweight person that doesn't drink enough water, their body stores the little water they do have and ends up keeping it as even extra water weight!. For someone who is dieting and drinking a lot of water, on the other hand, the body will not store the water because it knows it will have ample supply in the future, thus is better cleanses your system, and it also allows you to not store nearly as much water weight!. They recommend drinking a lot of water when you're working out because you're sweating a lot of it away!. It will help you feel more energized, and it helps the muscles run better!.
