Question: Did I eat healthy today!?!?
Breakfast - Bran flakes with low fat milk
Lunch - chicken salad with low fat dressing
Snack - Fiber one snack bar
Dinner - Healthy choice's chicken soup
And I drink water with every meal, except for breakfast!. And I also drink water before and after my exercises

Kindly, the dinner -chicken soup - was it loaded with sodium!? Check the labels!.
In addition, what was in the chicken salad!? If it was store or restaurant bought - be careful!. Could have hidden preservatives!.
Bran flaks are are an excellent choice to start off a day!. Fiber cleans your colon after a long night's rest!.
Water is great too, I commend you!
One more thing: you're a growing boy!. This is not enough calories for you!. When you're body is depleted of caloric intake, you will likely gorge on other things - unhealthy!.
Remember, your brain needs to "eat" too!. It takes the glucose from your food to provide the necessary energy it needs to relay to synapses and other electric impulses our body uses everyday!.
If you lack calories, you'll lack energy and be sluggish!. Granted, the eating is on track, but take these suggestions:
Add a banana, boiled egg or toast for breakfast!.
Add a fruit cup for lunch!.
Dinner - add stir-fried veggies, or beans and rice to compliment your meal!.
This will not only give you the added nutrients, but provide one other important ingredient that seems lacking in your outline above: PROTEIN!. More than ever, you need this!.

of sugar!. Read the lablel to be sure!. Very few
cereals are low in sugar!. It's up to you to read

Is it in general healthy!? Yes, you are probably doing a lot better then most people!. If you are working out and trying to lose weight and/or gain muscle mass I'd look at putting a little more protein into your diet!. Have eggs some mornings instead of the cereal for example!. Also the Fiber One bar, while better for you then most snack bars would be better replaced with fruit (if you are looking for something sweeter) or nuts if you'd prefer salty!. And not peanuts, go with almonds, cashews, or macadamin (sp!?)!. But if you are liking what you are eating and are seeing progress definitely stick with it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
You are definitly on the right track but it doesn't sound like your eating enough!. you are actually suppose to eat every 2 and a 1/2 hours (not a huge meal just a small snack like an apple or a cheese stick) and for your main meals try fitting in more proteins like for breakfast eggs and a whole wheat english muffin with cream cheese and for lunch a whole wheat turkey sandwhich with veggies in it!. and dont forget that it is ok to have an indulgence once in awhile!. Everything you ate us healthy, but unless you're trying to lose weight, you should add more calories to your diet!. Even eating healthy can backfire if you're starving yourself!. Good health to you!. :)
