im 5'2 and i weigh 126lbs!. i run on the treadmill evryday for 25 min!. is tht good enough for me to lose weight or should i stay on for longer !.Www@Answer-Health@Com

well i would advise u to do 30 mins of cardio!.!. or 35 mins first 20 u are only burning your carbs!.!.
u should also reduce your carbs, cut them down!.!.!.

That's a good start but you should build up as you progress in your running!. Exercises alone isn't enough!. All you have to do to lose weight is burn more calories than you eat!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
